SHOKK YOUTH GYMS have a complete range of cardiovascular, resistance and interactive fitness equipment specifically designed for U18's. The body of a growing young person is very different to that of an adult, therefore it is unsafe for them to use adult fitness equipment. SHOKK Youth Gyms equipment have been developed through well over a decade of sports science research in collaboration with elite government and academic institutions.
